Once we receive it we will give it a free evaluation as not all controllers are repairable or worth repairing if your controller is not repairable we will ship it back and refund 100% of your payment (if made), rush repairs can be done but you must contact us first. You can also pay before you send it to us if you choose just click on the add to cart button.

1) We will contact you with the results from the free evaluation, if the CPU/HMI cannot be repaired we will ship it back to you and refund 100% of your payment, the only money you are out is the shipping cost to us.
2) After its repaired we will ship the CPU back to you and you have 1 year if you have any issues (other than programming), we will fix any issues for free
