This is a direct replacement cable for set Allen Bradley Programming 1747-UIC USB 1747-CP3 1761-CBL-PM02 1756-CP3 necessary for communication/programming from the USB port on the PC to your PanelView and PLC, complete mini set, the small short cable is an adapter for the CP3 cable and converts it from a CP3 to a PM02 for programming all MicroLogix PLC's
